“Collaborating with Chalk Circle allowed me play to my creative strengths through storytelling with light in The Turn of the Screw. Sharing creative ideas amongst the whole team and across disciplines (director, actors, sound design, lighting, set dressing) allowed us to achieve something even bigger as a whole than each could contribute alone or without that cross-functional discussion. It was a thrill to hear the audience response each night as the dramatic production created an environment that could only have happened through such a unique series of events and interactions that made for a one-time total immersion in the experience.
